Positive: Accessibility to the beach was good and the room service was very quick.
Negative: Several aspects 1) Reached the hotel at 7 PM as was stated in my booking and also on the message but my booking was not available and the hotel staff made me wait close to an hour in the reception itself with no clue on what has happened. Later they stated that this has happened since the booking was done through third party application (Booking) and they had not information. When i showed them the details in the booking then after some time they stated that the booking got cancelled since the check in was late. In all this I was made to wait for close to an hour in the reception after 8 hours of train journey to this place. 2) The rest room does not have a shower cubicle and the hot water was not coming for the first day 3) Very few TV channels available apart from Telugu channels 4) I wanted to extend my stay by couple of hours and requested for a little late check out. When this was not permitted I wanted to request for at least half day payment since I was willing to check out at 5 PM in the evening but they did not permit that as well. Post several rounds of discussions with their reception staff all that they did was rude responses and a 20% discount on the room tarriff for the third night for which I stayed only for couple of hours. The reception team (One by name Srini who is supposed to be their accountant and was managing the team since the manager was on leave) was extremely poor in handling customers and they put the blame on the owner stating they don't allow any discounts or late check outs or half day room charges for couple of hours extended stay. Overall, pathetic reception team and I regret having booked my stay at this hotel. Will never again visit this hotel nor would recommend to anyone.
